Freedom Festival invited our Junior Design Factory to become exclusive Freedom Festival reporters - giving them access to performances, exclusive interview opportunities and opportunities to talk with the staff running the festival.

This experience empowered neurodiverse children to engage actively with the arts community, enhancing their communication skills and reinforcing their role as valuable contributors to cultural events.

By providing mentorship and exposure to creative career paths, this programme inspired neurodiverse youth to envision and pursue futures in the creative industries, aligning with our mission to unlock their full potential.

Our year long project in Scarborough working with neurodiverse young people. Primary School children were given three live design briefs for real clients. By engaging in real-world design challenges, participants not only developed their creative abilities but also built confidence and a sense of belonging within their community.
